Let's get started! ##Ingredients - 2 ½ cups uncooked elbow macaroni - 2 tablespoons butter - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups whole milk - 1 teaspoon dry mustard - 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 1 teaspoon onion powder - 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cabot Sharp Cheddar cheese - Salt and ground black pepper, to taste ##Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 2-quart baking dish. 2. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to package directions; drain and set aside. 3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly. 4.
